If you use Outlook to view the properties of the target public folder, you can copy the value from the Outlook folder properties to the clipboard, and then paste it in here as the root path.
You cannot change the root path later, but you can delete the Public Folder Auto-Enabler and create another one with a different root path.

By default, Enterprise Vault uses the same task to scan for new folders, to enable, and to archive from them. If you have a large number of public folders it may be some time before archiving begins. To be sure that archiving starts on time, you can edit the properties of the public folder to select a different task to perform the scanning for new folders.
