New Exchange Server

Enter the name of the Exchange Server from which you want items to be archived. Enter the name of the Exchange Server that you want to add to your Enterprise Vault site.

Create tasks for this Exchange Server. The wizard can automatically create Enterprise Vault tasks to archive from the new Exchange Server. Select the tasks you want to create. If you do not create tasks now you can do so later as required.

Exchange Mailbox Task. Select this to create a task that will archive from user mailboxes on the new Exchange Server.
Exchange Public Folder Task. Select this to create a task that will archive from public folders on the new Exchange Server.
Exchange Journaling Task. Select this to create a task that will archive from journal mailboxes on the new Exchange Server.
Exchange Provisioning Task. Select this to create a task that applies archiving policies to mailboxes in the provisioning groups that you define.

Create the tasks on this Enterprise Vault server. Select the Enterprise Vault server that you want to run the new tasks.
