To select an individual mailbox, hold down Ctrl and then click the mailbox name.

To select a group of mailboxes, click the first mailbox you want to select. Then hold down Shift while you click the last mailbox in the group.

You can double-click a mailbox to find out more information than is shown in the listing.

Select the mailboxes you want to process, and then click OK.
