Display a list of the type of mailbox you want to enable, then select the mailboxes.
Only the mailboxes that are listed in the Exchange Global Address List are displayed. If a mailbox is not displayed, check that it is included in the Global Address List.

You can use to select every mailbox in the list, or to clear all selections.
To select an individual mailbox, hold down Ctrl and then click the mailbox name.
To select a group of mailboxes, click the first mailbox you want to select. Then hold down Shift while you click the last mailbox in the group.
. If you have moved a mailbox to a different Exchange Server in the same Enterprise Vault Site, you can associate the mailbox with its original archive. Click the mailbox then click to choose an existing archive to be used for the selected mailbox.
. If you are enabling a mailbox that has been disabled, so already has an associated archive, you can use to force Enterprise Vault to create a new archive for that mailbox. Click the mailbox to select it and then click to remove the association with the existing archive.
