You can choose to view all mailboxes, or to view a subset of the available mailboxes. You can filter using any mailbox attribute, such as 'City', 'Country', or 'Department', for example.

• List all available mailboxes. This lists all mailboxes on the Microsoft Exchange Server computer.

• Filter mailboxes:

  • List mailboxes where. Select a mailbox attribute, such as 'Department', for example.

  • contains. Enter the value to search for. For example, if you have chosen 'Department' under List mailboxes where, you might enter 'Sales' here.
