. Select this to display a list of mailboxes that have never had archiving enabled. This is useful if you have set Enterprise Vault to enable archiving for new mailboxes automatically, but there is, for some reason, a mailbox that you do not want to enable. By disabling the new mailbox, you prevent it ever being archived until you explicitly turn on archiving for it.
. Select this to display a list of mailboxes that currently have archiving enabled.
Display a list of the type of mailbox you want to disable, then select the mailboxes.
You can use to select every mailbox in the list, or to clear all selections.
To select an individual mailbox, hold down Ctrl and then click the mailbox name.
To select a group of mailboxes, click the first mailbox you want to select. Then hold down Shift while you click the last mailbox in the group.
When you have selected the mailboxes you want to disable, click .
