Look through the results to check for errors. See below for information about failed PST files and failed items.
If you do find errors, there may be more information in the Event Log. Click if you want to check the Application Event Log entries.

This table gives some reasons why migration may have failed for some PST files, or some items within the files:
There is a summary Application Event Log entry for each PST file that is migrated. The entry lists the number of items that have been archived and also the number of items that have been moved to the mailbox. Some items may not be archived or moved to the mailbox, as follows:
. The total number of items that were moved to the mailbox that is associated with the archive.
. These are items with a message class that is specifically excluded from being archived. They have been moved to the mailbox but are never archived from there because your archiving policy excludes such items.
. These are items that were created on a computer that used a language that is not compatible with that of the Storage Service computer. For example, if a PST file contains a mixture of Japanese and English items and the Storage Service computer uses Japanese, then the English items are not eligible for archiving.
