. Enterprise Vault can automatically generate a report of each normal mode run. The report goes into a file in the Reports subfolder of the Enterprise Vault installation folder (normally C:\Program Files\Enterprise Vault\Reports).

where server is the name of the domain and yyyymmddhhmmss is the date and time that the report was generated.
The fields within the file are tab-separated, so the contents can easily be read into a spreadsheet program for analysis.
. Specify the number of reports to you want to be retained in the Reports folder. When this number is reached, the oldest report is automatically deleted when a new one is created.
The number you specify here applies separately to report mode and normal mode. For example, if you specify 10 reports, then Enterprise Vault allows a maximum of 10 report mode reports and 10 normal mode reports.
