Note the following:
For client-driven migrations, when items have been migrated, the original items in the PST file are not deleted. If you want to delete a user's PST file after successful client-driven migration, select .
For server-driven migrations, if you choose not to create shortcuts, then at the end of the migration the PST contains only items that could not be migrated.
. Select this to compact PST files when the items in them have been migrated. This can recover a significant amount of disk space. Compaction occurs even if there are items that cannot be migrated.
. Select this to set the MS-DOS Read-only file attribute after successful migration. Outlook does not open a PST file that is Read-only. If you want to keep the PST files but do not want to move them for some time, this may prevent users from filing items in them after migration. If you also select , the PST files are not visible.
