PST Migration: Select archives

The list shows the correlation between PST files, archives, and associated mailboxes. PST files that are not yet assigned to archives appear in red.

You cannot continue until all the PST files in the list are assigned to archives.

Check that the list looks correct, and manually assign to archives any PST files that have failed automatic correlation.

To make a manual assignment

Click a PST name.
In the Vault column, click the arrow and select a different archive. The mailbox column shows which mailbox is associated with that archive.
If there are PST files that you now decide you want to remove from the list, select them and then click Remove. You can run PST Migrator again to process them later.

To sort the list

Do one of the following:
- Click the PST column heading to sort by PST name.
- Click the Vault column heading to sort by destination archive. This is useful for grouping PST files that have not yet been assigned to archives.
When you have assigned all PST files to archives, click Next to continue.
