Selecting the System Mailbox

Some Enterprise Vault services need to use a mailbox when processing the Exchange Server computer. The mailbox must be for the services' exclusive use.

If you have already created a suitable mailbox, you can select it here. Alternatively, if you are using an account with sufficient Exchange Server permissions, you can create a new mailbox.

Do you want to create a new mailbox or use an existing one:

Create <mailbox_name>. Select this and click OK to create a new mailbox with the name shown.
Use this mailbox. If you have an existing mailbox that you want the services to use, select this and enter the name of the mailbox and click OK.
