Status: Status of fingerprint database transaction log backup

Problem: One or more Vault Store fingerprint database transaction logs have not been backed up.

A fingerprint database contains data that enables Enterprise Vault single instance storage.

This problem is most likely to be caused by a failed backup.

Work through the following steps to fix the problem. You may not need to try all the steps.

  1. Contact your backup administrator to review the SQL database backup procedures. Make any changes needed to ensure that backups happen in a timely fashion.

  2. Run the checks again to make sure that you have corrected the problem.
