Monitoring tab alert name: Vault Store fingerprint database backup

Problem: One or more Vault Store Group fingerprint databases have not been backed up.

Work through the following steps to fix the problem. You may not need to try all the steps.

  1. Check that backup tasks are not failing.

See Checking when a database was last backed up.

  2. Check that the Vault Store Group database is included in a backup job.

  3. Review your SQL database backup procedures and make any changes needed to ensure that backups happen in a timely fashion.

  4. When you have corrected the backup issue, back up the fingerprint database.

  5. Run the checks again to make sure that you have corrected the problem.
