Enterprise Vault stores metadata about archived items in Vault Store databases. It is critical that you back up Vault Store databases regularly to ensure the security of your Enterprise Vault system. This alert indicates that a Vault Store database backup is overdue.
Work through the following steps to fix the problem. You may not need to try all the steps.
Check that the Vault Store database is included in a backup job.
Review your SQL database backup procedures and make any changes needed to ensure that backups happen in a timely fashion.
When you have corrected the backup issue, back up the Vault Store database.
Run the checks again to make sure that you have corrected the problem.
