Scheduled archiving will not occur until you take the task out of report mode.
The alert does not necessarily indicate that there is a problem. You may have deliberately placed the task into report mode.
Work through the following steps to fix the problem. You may not need to try all the steps.
If you want the task to perform scheduled archiving, change the task so that it runs in normal mode.
If you want the task to remain in report mode but still to perform archiving, use Run Now to run the task manually in normal mode.
Run the checks again to make sure that you have corrected the problem.
