Right click the item and choose Open to Browse If you open a configuration to browse, you can see only the Groups and their assigned Policy Trees, if any. If an item is Open to Manage by another user, you cannot Open to Browse or Manage. A message appears "You cannot open this item." |

Open to Browse shows the Groups and their members. Open to Manage shows Groups, Queries, Directories, Policy Plans, and Master Profiles. |
Manage contents of an item. |
The item must be Open to Manage. If you have the item Open to Browse, right-click the item and choose Close [Browse]. Then right click the item again and choose Open to Manage. If another user has the item Open to Browse, you cannot choose Open to Manage until the other user closes the item. |
Expand an item. |
In order to expand an item, it must be Open to Browse or Open to Manage. In some cases, an item cannot be expanded unless its parent item is Open to Manage. |
View Administrators elements (Roles and User Accounts). Expand the Administrators item. |
Right-click the Administrators item and select Open to Browse or Open to Manage. You cannot expand the Administrators item if another administrator has it Open to Browse or Manage. |
View properties of a Role. |
If the Administrators node is Open to Browse, the names of Roles and User Accounts are listed under their respective nodes. However, you cannot view the properties of a role or user account. To view the properties, you must set the Security node Open to Manage. If the Administrators node is Open to Browse, right-click and select Close [Browse], then right-click again and select Open to Manage. |
Run a report. |
Open the configuration to Browse or Manage, then expand the configuration. Click an item to select it, then right-click the item and choose Reports. |
Navigate in report results. |
To move up or down one line at a time, click the arrow button (at the bottom of the scroll bar). To advance one page, click in the scroll bar below the slider. |
Display status of policies or job agents. |
Click an item to select it, then right click and choose Policy Status or Job Agent Status. |
