Folder path. Enter the path to the folder where you want the wizard to create the output files. Click Browse if you want to choose a folder or create a new folder.

If you have selected any archive that is managed by a remote Storage service, then the path you enter here must be valid on that remote computer.

Split PST files by Retention Category. Select this option if you want the wizard to make sure all the items within a PST file have the same Retention Category.

If you are exporting as part of moving a mailbox then consider selecting Split PST files by Retention Category. This enables the Retention Category to be determined when the exported files are migrated to the new vault.
