. Select this option and specify a number to set the maximum size of each user's PST file. If there are more items to export than will fit in this size, the wizard creates extra PST files as necessary.
If you choose to specify a size, the default value is 600 MB, which means that the PST file will fit on a CD-ROM with enough room for extra files that may be needed.
If you do not specify a value here, the wizard enforces a maximum size of 1500 MB.
You can choose to construct a PST folder hierarchy under the root folder of the PST or under a new folder:
. Select this option to make the wizard create the output folders at the top of the PST file. For example, the folders 'Inbox' and 'MyFolder' would appear like this:

. Select this option and enter a folder name to make the wizard create a new, top-level folder in the PST file and place all the exported items under that folder. For example, if you specify 'Exported Items', the folders 'Inbox' and 'MyFolder' would appear like this:
