Filter archive list. If you have a lot of archives, it is much easier to filter the list so that you can select from a small number of archives. Select this option and specify your selection criteria:

For example, you could specify all archives in the Finance department by setting List archive names where 'Department' contains 'Finance'.

The list shows only mailbox archives.

List all available archives. Select this option if you want to select from a list of all archives that are associated with mailboxes.
