Export all items. Select this option to export all items in the archives.

Export all items archived with this Retention Category. Select this option and then select a Retention Category to export just the items that match that Retention Category.

Export all items in this date range. Select this option and specify a date range to export all items within that date range.

You can also select and archived with this Retention Category and choose a Retention Category to export items that match both the date range and the Retention Category.

Export all items from this root folder path. Select this option and enter a root folder path. All items in the specified folder will be exported. For example, if you enter \rootfolder\subfolder, all the items in subfolder are exported.
