Using third-party connectors with Asset Lifecycle Manager
You can integrate other incident and problem resolution products
with Asset Lifecycle Manager to enable bi-directional
synchronization between third-party products and ALM. Once you have
saved an integration server's settings, any servers you've defined
will be selectable from a workflow action's Advanced properties
tab. Only those integration servers defined here will be accessible
to appropriate actions. For help on individual integration servers,
please see the third-party product's documentation.
