The My Reports view lists the successful report runs that you can access. Only the successful report runs are displayed. These reports are only accessible by the user who created the report. The Report Viewer role can only see reports in the My Reports view.

Members of the CCS Administrators role cannot remove a report. If you are assigned as a viewer for the report, you can remove the report from the My Reports view.
