To ensure that all the policies in
a policy
group contain the most current versions:
Right-click the policy group.
Select All TasksUpdate to latest.
You can also use this procedure on a specific policy, instead of on
a policy group. The policy will be updated to the latest version in
the policy group where you accessed it.
NOTE:
Remember that the most current version of a policy is the policy
with the highest version number.
Update to latest.
