Once the appropriate trace
capture settings are configured, simply do the following to
start a trace:
1. Check the desired provider(s) available in the main application
window
2. Click on Start Tracing
3. The resulting trace file will be stored using the path set in
the options dialog (or using default path)
REALTIME TRACING:
If real-time is enabled via the options menu and a TMF search path is
also set, then performing the above steps will also cause the trace
events to be displayed real-time, in the viewer window.
