The Assign Profile dialog box appears after you drag a package profile to a computer or computer group. Use this dialog box to confirm the package deployment process and define if the profile job will be assigned as Consistent or Cooperative Mode.

The complete name of the CCM package. |

The version number for the CCM package software. Defined by the Version parameter in the [INFO] section of the package configuration file. |

The short name of the package. Used as the name for its configuration and software directories |

CCM creates an CCM Activities subitem called Managing Package Jobs and installs or updates the packages contained within the Assigned Profile list box. NOTE: If you are installing a new package on an existing Cooperative Mode computer you can click OK. CCM installs the package on the Cooperative Mode computer. |
OK Coop |
CCM enters this information into the managed computers configuration file without actually installing the selected packages. OK Coop is enabled only when at least one computer in the computer group is a Cooperative Mode. |
Cancel |
Closes the dialog box without starting the deployment process. |
Drop |
Removes the selected package from the list of packages to be installed on this computer or computer group. The package still remains a member of the Package Profile. |
Help |
Opens the Help window describing this dialog box. |
