Use the CCM Password Management Utility (ccm_pw.exe) to change the CCM smeclnt account password. The CCM smeclnt password must be identical to the operating system smeclnt password.
To change the CCM smeclnt password:
In the Scope pane, click the CCM Command Center item.
At the bottom of the Result pane, click the External Tools tab.
In the Result pane, click the CCM Password icon.
In the CCM Password Management Utility dialog box, select the CCM user smeclnt from the drop down list.
Fill out the fields as follows:

You must also change the operating system smeclnt password.
The CCM user account smeclnt now has the new password.
