In some situations you may want to delete a formatting job for a partition on computers. It may be either a CCM partitioned or Fdisk partitioned computer.
You cannot delete format jobs for computers that have operating system packages installed.
WARNING: Deleting a formatting job that is in the process of being executed or that has been executed may cause the computers to fail if the computers are later reset.

NOTE: The intent of working with multiple computers is to achieve identical results across a large number of computers and to avoid the necessity of entering identical information many times. To take advantage of this functionality, make sure that all the computers you select have the same number of disks and partitions, and are consistently CCM partitioned or Fdisk partitioned. If the selected computers do not have the same number of disks and partitions, you may accidentally delete the wrong formatting job from one or more of the computers.
To delete a formatting job on computers:
Click <All Computers> to display the computers in the Result pane.
In the Result pane, select and right-click the computers from which you want to delete a formatting job.
Click Configure Disks.
The Configure Disks: Multiple Computers dialog box opens and displays the current partitioning and formatting configuration for each computer.
Click the Disk # tab for the disk whose formatting job you want to delete.
Right-click the Partition/Format # button whose formatting job you want to delete and click Delete Format Job.
In the Delete Format Job dialog box you can choose to delete the format job from either the selected partition, or from a selected drive letter.
Click OK.
The Configure Disks: Computer <computer name> dialog box displays the deleted format job as "No Format Job".
Click OK.
If the computers already have software assigned to this partition, a confirmation dialog box appears for you to delete these jobs. Click Yes.
To delete additional format jobs, repeat Step 5 and subsequent steps.
After you finish defining all the format jobs you want to delete, click OK in the Configure Disks: Multiple Computers dialog box.
