Manage CCM Activities in the Scope Pane

When you right-click an individual CCM activity in the Scope pane as a subitem of the CCM Activities item, the following menu commands are available:

Command

Information

Clear All

Clears all of a CCM activities computer rows and deletes the task.

If processing is not complete on one or more computers, the Confirm Deletion of CCM Activity dialog box opens

WARNING: When you select Clear All to delete a CCM activity, computers that do not have a status of Done, Cancelled, or Error remain in their last state, which may, for example, be locked.

Clear "Done"

Clears all of a CCM activity’s computer rows with a status of Done

NOTE: This command applies only when the Automatically clear rows with status of Done check box is unchecked in the CCM Command Center Properties dialog box, on the CCM Activities tab.

Clear "Error"

Clears all of a CCM activity’s computer rows with a status of Error.

Pause

Pauses or interrupts the processing of a CCM activity.

While the CCM activity processing is paused, the computers’ statuses do not change, so you can look at the activity and its computers in a fixed state.

You can then select Continue to continue processing, or Clear All to clear all of the activity's rows.

Continue

Continues a paused activity.
