The Advanced Memory Protection option provides
the following memory protection modes:
Advanced ECC provides the largest memory
capacity to the OS.
Lockstep Mode provides increased data
protection by enabling multiple-bit memory errors to be corrected
in certain instances not possible in Advanced ECC mode.
Mirrored Memory provides maximum protection
against uncorrectable memory errors that would otherwise result in
system failure.
