Stopping All Services on a Computer

This script stops all services on the specified computer.

Description
The script should be run through a host application that supports VBScript like the Windows Scripting Host or Internet Explorer. The script accepts the computer name from the user. The results are written to a text file "StopAllServices.txt" in the current directory.
