Giving Permissions to Manage a Service

This script gives the specified user or group permissions needed to manage a service. Managing a service includes starting and stopping a service, querying its current status, and so on.

Description
This script should be run through a host application that supports VBScript like the Windows Scripting Host or Internet Explorer.
