Moving the desktop user data folder
You can change the
location of the desktop user data folder if your profile allows
it.
To move the desktop user data folder

In the Tasks bar, under
Tools, click .

On the Backup Folders
tab, click .

In the Browse for folder
dialog box, choose a new location for the desktop user data
folder.

Click .

When prompted to
continue, click .

Click .
