Installing the Library Expansion Option

Backup Exec's optional Library Expansion Option installation requires the following:

Purchasing a Library Expansion Option license key for each additional robotic library drive.

Note:

Support for a single robotic library drive is included with Backup Exec for Windows Servers.
Installing the necessary Library Expansion Option files.
Configuring the robotic arm and drives.

Backup Exec's Library Expansion Option installation copies all necessary robotic library-related files including the software needed to control the robotic arm and storage devices.
