Disabling the Desktop Agent

If your Profile allows it, you can disable the Desktop Agent.

To disable the Desktop Agent

  1. On the Windows system tray, right-click the Desktop Agent icon.

  2. Click Disable.

    This option is not available if you do not have permission to take this action.
