Requirements for the Remote Agent for Macintosh Systems

The following platforms and file systems are supported:.

The following should be in place before you install the Remote Agent:

You must be a member of a group that has Admin privileges on the Macintosh computer at which you are installing the Remote Agent for Macintosh Systems.
Access to a mounted CD-ROM drive.
TCP/IP, which is used to communicate with the Macintosh computer computers, is required on the media server.
