Synopsis

Removes a cloud storage device from Backup Exec.

Syntax
Remove-BECloudStorageDevice -InputObject [<BECloudStorageDevice[]>] [-PassThru [<SwitchParameter>]] [-Confirm [<SwitchParameter>]] [-WhatIf [<SwitchParameter>]] [<CommonParameters>]
Description

Removes a cloud storage device from Backup Exec.

Parameters

-PassThru <SwitchParameter>

Passes the removed object to the pipeline. By default, this cmdlet does not generate any output.

You can pipe a Backup Exec cloud storage device object to Remove-BECloudStorageDevice.

Return Value
None or BackupExec.Management.CLI.BECloudStorageDevice

When you use the PassThru parameter, Remove-BECloudStorageDevice returns an object that represents the cloud storage device that was removed. Otherwise, this cmdlet does not generate any output.

Example
C:\PS> Get-BECloudStorageDevice "Device 0001" | Remove-BECloudStorageDevice

These commands remove a cloud storage device named "Device 0001".
