Outgoing E-mail Settings

Set up SMTP/MAPI settings for sending email on AuditPro client.

Items:

• From (Name) - sender’s display name
• From (E-mail) - sender’s email address
• To  (Name) - receiver’s display name
• To (E-mail) - receiver’s email address
• CC (Name) - copy to display name
• CC (E-mail) - copy to email address
• Subject - email subject
• Message - email message body text
• Sending method - method of sending the email
  • SMTP - SMTP protocol (default port 25)
  • MAPI - use locally installed and preconfigured Microsoft Outlook
• Outgoing SMTP server - the SMTP server for outgoing messages. You can get this information from your ISP or LAN administrator
  • Account name - the username of the account on the email server (only if SMTP server requires secure authentication)
  • Password - user’s password
  • Use SSL - use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for the communication
