Options - Notifications

Settings for the automatic email notifications.

Automatic sending of precompiled reports by email (.CSV attachment) in scheduled intervals.

Sections:

• Software audit - send precompiled SW audit reports (new products or computers etc.)
• Monitoring - send precompiled monitoring reports (foreground programs or Internet/Titles)
  • Type - monitoring section (Programs or Internet)
  • Object - theentity for statistics (Computer, User, Product, ...)
  • Period - the interval for statistics (All or scheduled)
  • First ... rows - report only first ... rows (ordered descending)
• Assets - send information about processes in the assets module
  • Asset type - select asset type which to notify
    • Selected attributes - list of asset's attributes to notify
    • All attributes - list of all atributes
  • Proces type - select process type which to notify
    • Selected attributes - list of process attributes to notify
    • All attributes - list of all atributes
• Custom - send user defined SQL reports

Items:

• Enabled/Disabled - enable/disable the automatic notification
• Email Settings - Set up SMTP/MAPI settings for sending email on AuditPro client
• Scheduler - set up the scheduler properties
