Automatic recognition of new data - The recognition of new data
is performed after every data import to the database. This is
useful if the operating system memory size is big enough because
the operation is (thanks to SQL server queries caching) performed
quickly
Recognize Known files - recognize known files (green-defined
files inside the product library).
Do not import known files - do not insert known files into the
database (while importing scanned data)
Resolve Suites using additional detection - use the additional
detection rules to resolve packages in the products library
Automatically parse user forms data - after import do automatic
analyse and copying user forms data into destination tables
(TComputer, TUser, TDevice)
Variables - List of variables to be assigned from collected
tags (SCN file) into the TComputer table
Audits
Keep always one audit - do not add automatically new
audits
Automatically add new audits with history - automatically add
new audits
Delete the oldest audit if total count exceeds the number ... -
automatically delete old audits
Enable multiple scans within one audit - allow to import
scanned data more than once (always newest data will remain in the
database)
Automatic updates (library, service
packs) - keep track new products library updates and AuditPro
service packs
check for new version on startup - AuditPro console will check
and download AuditPro updates on startup
Automatic updates of products library (Audit server) - AuditPro
server will check and download new products library updates
Users
Assign users to computers - the rules for assigning detected
users to the computers
Current user - currently logged user while scanning will be
assigned to the computer
Registered user - Windows’ current installation registered
user
Do not assign to administrators - when importing SCN/MON files,
do not assign computers to users that are marked as Administrators
(user properties)
Allow assigning max 1 user - allow assigning max 1 user per
computer
Username uniqueness
Across all domains - There can be only one username defined
throughout the whole system at the same time
Within a domain - There can be one unique username defined in
any domain
Do not move users - do not allow moving users between
groups
Deactivate with older response than... days - The user’s Active
flag will be automatically turned to Inactive, if the user response
is older than the defined number of days.
