Insert (key INS) - Insert new item.

Properties (key ENTER) - Change the selected item’s properties.

Delete (key DEL) - Delete the selected item.

Items:

• Name - name of the contract
• Active - current status (active/inactive)
• Date - date of the contract
• Number - number of the contract
• Begin date - starting date of the contract
• End date - end date of the contract
• Supplier - the supplier of the contract
• Item 1, 2, 3, 4 - 4 custom definable items (see. the ”Definitions/Custom Items” window)
• Type - type of the contract (values ​​are automatically offered by existing values)
• Category - category of the contract (values ​​are automatically offered by existing values)
• Price 1 - Price 1 of the contract
• Price 2 - Price 2 of the contract
• Costs 1 - Costs 1 of the contract
• Costs 2 - Costs 2 of the contract
