AuditPro Server

The AuditPro Server (AuditSrv.exe) performs various time-consuming operations with the database (importing and recognizing the scanned data, computers discovery, email notifications etc).

Menu:

• Server
  • Pause - pause all AuditPro Server operations
  • Import Scanned Data - Manual importing of the SCN files to the system.
  • Recognize Scanned Data - Perform products and suite data recognition over all currently imported data.
  • Recognize (Custom products library) - Perform user-products and suite data recognition over all currently imported data.
  • Recognize Suites - Perform suite data recognition over all currently imported data.
  • Recognize Platforms - Perform platform recognition over all currently imported data.
  • Recognize Known Files - Perform known files recognition over all currently imported data.
  • Download files (POP3/IMAP) - check and download files (SCN/MON) from the POP3/IMAP account into the SCN folder. See Options/Scheduler/POP3/IMAP settings Exit - Stop and terminate the server.
  • Install as service and exit - install audit server as a service and terminate the current process
• Settings
  • Aut. recognize new data - enable/disable recognition of new scanned data
  • Aut. recognize known files - enable/disable recognition of known files
  • Log - enable detailed operations logging
  • Do not import known files - do not insert known files into the database (while importing scanned data)
  • Disable multiple instances - do not allow to run the Console more than once
• Window
  • Visible - Toggle the visible/invisible mode of the server dialog window.
  • Always On Top - Place the dialog window on top of all other windows.
