The Defects Module

In the Defects module, QA engineers and others report problems with the application, such as test run failures and incidentally observed problems. Depending on the user organization processes, the module can also be customized and be used to request new features, etc. The information entered in the Defects module is stored in the BUG Table.

Defects can be linked to each other and to other entities. The links are maintained in the LINK Table.
